Our business has been appointed as a contractor on two of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation's (DIO’s) Next Generation Estates Frameworks. These seven-year design and build frameworks, which have a value of £1.5 billion, are for works on the MOD's Built, Marine and Rural Infrastructure which cover operational, living and recreational assets for the army, navy and airforce. The works on both frameworks in Scotland will be delivered by LMMW Constructions. The most significant of these is the naval base at Faslane, home to the UK strategic deterrent and soon to accommodate the entire UK submarine capability.
